Iman Abdul-Adheem Kadhim holds a Master's degree in Political Science/Political Thought from the University of Baghdad, awarded in 2016. She graduated at the top of her class in her undergraduate studies, ranking second in her class in the College of Political Science.
• Appointed to the university staff in 2023 at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, she held several positions, beginning as Head of the Electronic Files and Documentation Unit in the Registration Department.
• Head of the Student System Audit Committee at the college, member of the Cultural and Intellectual Coordination Committee, and member of the Central Examination Committee (2023-2024).
• Performed various administrative tasks related to student support after graduation.
